This is the home of McKean's of Scotland - haggis makers since 1860. Here we tell you a little bit about the products we make - Scotland's traditional food - Haggis - and provide an easy way for you to buy haggis online and have it delivered directly to your door
The McKean cooking process involves the simmering of the haggis in large open-top vats containing the stock, rich in flavour and absorbed by the natural casing of the Haggis, all elements which, when coupled with the carefully guarded blended recipe of Herbs and Spices, lift the McKean Haggis to a higher plain than it's younger pretenders.
