Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping trolley. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept most major credit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet however please be advised that we cannot ship the product until all information has been processed.

Shipping And Handling

As our on-line business continues to grow, we are constantly improving our method of despatch in order that our products arrive with our customers in perfect condition. Your haggis will arrive deep-chilled in a boxed & sealed insulated container. Within the container is a new type of "Ice-pack" which assists in ensuring that a low temperature is maintained throughout. For your information, the haggis may be stored under refrigeration, observing the "Use By" information on the label, or may be placed in a Home-Freezer on day of delivery and Used within 3 months of Date of Freezing. Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer and are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied please advise us immediately. We will endeavour to respond to your complaint within 5 working days, whereupon, we will organise for the return of your product in order that we can assess what went wrong and how we can improve. More importantly we will ensure that a full refund is made or, if preferred, a timely replacement is on its way to you at no extra cost. For contact details see "Reaching Us".
